Stepping Into Spring with Gratitude and Joy

If you follow me, you know how much I love my job. Even after all these years, I’m still surprised by how excited I get when preparing to create beautiful new portraits for my clients. It is truly an honor and a privilege to be your photographer!

I’m also constantly in awe of my amazing team—the best in the world! I’m beyond grateful for Deb, our incredible studio manager, Kandy, our talented makeup artist, and Suzy, my oh-so-fabulous executive assistant. A special shout-out to Terri and Brayleigh, our incredible photoshoot assistants!

And then there’s my behind-the-scenes support network, the best of the best—my accountant Jeff, my handyman Alex, and my IT guy Mike, aka HWR. Well… I love my IT guy so much that I had to marry him!  Of course, these are just a few of the incredible people who help make everything happen behind the scenes. If I tried to name them all, we’d be here all day!

Bottom line: I am surrounded by incredible people, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. Together, we’re in the business of showing people how beautiful they truly are. My goal is for the studio to be a bubble of hope, love, and joy—a place where we leave our troubles at the door, uplift our clients, and remind them that life is good before they step back into the (sometimes) not-so-great world.

As we head into Spring Break, I want to thank you all for allowing me to capture and reflect your beauty. Our studio will be closed until April 1st as my team and I take a well-deserved break.
