What's better than book shopping with a glass of wine? We invite you to come shop, drink, and socialize with fellow book lovers at Serendipity Labs in Orlando! We've taken the traditional book fairs and transformed them into adult(21+) book fairs! Shop your favorite books, best sellers, new releases, and more with friends and family! PARKING INFORMATION The garage address is 460 Boone Ave, which is different than the building address. However, they are attached by way of a sky bridge (We suggest plugging in the garage address on your GPS). We recommend you park in the widest part on the 6th floor or above and take the garage elevator to the third-floor sky bridge (see image below). You’ll know it’s the right area if you see 3 elevators. Look for signs to CNL Tower 1 (this is the building we are in). You will go past the City Hall 2nd floor entrance and walk to the Security desk located at the end of the walkway just past the escalators. Stop at security so they can escort you to our floor, and we will meet you in the café.
