68th Annual Winter Park Christmas Parade
The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 68th annual Winter Park Ye Olde Hometown Christmas Parade. The event has been held each December for more than 60 years, making it the oldest continuous holiday parade in Central Florida.
NEW THIS YEAR: In order to maintain social distancing, all spectators must reserve a viewing space in order to view the parade. The reserved spaces have been sold out but that you can livestream it on our Facebook page.
Each viewing space is outlined on the sidewalk by tape and reserved for you by a number marker. Please be sure that you, along with any chairs or blankets that you bring, stay within your taped sidewalk space during the parade. Viewing space location assignments will be sent to all registered spectators before the event.
It will be the responsibility of the spectator to find their own viewing space the morning of the parade.
While we are very excited about our holiday festivities, we have, of course, taken precautions to produce the safest possible environment. We will mark off 170 socially distant areas of the sidewalk along the Christmas Parade route to allow for secure viewing spaces. We have expanded the route, which will begin at North Park and Canton Avenues and conclude on West New England and Pennsylvania Avenues, to allow more spectators.
We also ask that all spectators wear masks for the entirety of the event. Hand washing stations will be available throughout Central Park.
Thank you for helping us stay safe.
