Drawing on more than 18 years’ experience in Broadcasting and Corporate Learning & Development supporting Fortune 100 businesses, Minette Marcial is passionate about helping organizations scale and transform their business results through creative and compelling content, programs and events.
 
Minette’s career first began in broadcasting, working in radio. For more than 13 years she worked as a spokesperson in commercials, industrial videos and live conventions for clients such as IAMS, AAA, Olive Garden, Disney Vacation Club, Home Shopping Network, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, AdventHealth; and as an actress in independent films, such as the cult-classic, Curse of the Blair Witch.
 
During her career at the Walt Disney World Company, she was part of the Professional Development team designing and developing Disney’s signature program series “The Disney Approach…” for business audiences including Tribune, Nissan, Citibank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Minette was a member of the opening team of Disney Institute, and partnered with clients such as Discover Magazine and The Jane Goodall Institute to produce top-rated symposiums hosted at The Disney Institute. Recognized for her dynamic presence and contributions, she was presented with the Disney Institute Excellence Award.
 
More recently, Minette worked with The Coca-Cola Company, where she managed and deployed Coca-Cola’s first Sales Leadership Academy for their Domestic Sales Division.
