Apartment Maintenance Technician
La Aloma Apartments – Winter Park, FL
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
Every day is different! You'll help keep our apartment community looking its best by:
- Completing resident maintenance requests
- Preparing apartments for new residents (painting, repairs, cleaning up after maintenance work)
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance, and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems when needed
- Performing preventative maintenance around the property
- Helping maintain common areas and community amenities
- Working with a friendly team to provide excellent service to our residents
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance (when scheduled)
What We're Looking For
- Maintenance experience is preferred.
- HVAC Certification is a plus, but not required. If you're not certified, we'll consider candidates who are willing to obtain their HVAC certification.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
