We're Hiring: Escrow Officer — Winter Park, FL

W Park National Title is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Winter Park office and support our growing Central Florida book of business.

We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of a file from order opening through post-closing, rather than handing off pieces along the way. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing every stage of the transaction and is known for running an accurate, well-organized closing table.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to manage a file independently from order opening through post-closing, including title search, commitment preparation, clearing requirements, CD build and balancing, closing, and disbursement
• Florida escrow/title experience covering the full transaction lifecycle (title company, law firm, or lender-side)
• Working knowledge of Qualia or comparable title production software
• Strong attention to detail and command of TRID/CD requirements
• Confident, professional presence at the closing table
