Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our agents and office operations through thoughtful, high-quality marketing efforts. From designing polished print and digital materials, to coordinating open house promotions, to supporting office events, you’ll help shape the visibility and success of both our listings and our brand. This role blends administrative precision with creative design—and is perfect for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment with a sharp eye for detail. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare both print and digital marketing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards, etc.)

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all marketing assets

  • Maintain an organized library of up-to-date marketing collateral for agents to use at their showings and listing presentations

  • Manage agent bios on the company website

  • Coordinate Open House marketing: email blasts, flyers, website listing

  • Update and maintain the office’s property window display

  • Support our office social media efforts

  • Coordinate with publications to prepare and submit advertisements ahead of deadlines

  • Track and document marketing expenses

  • Organize marketing needs for office events and communicate with vendors as needed

  • Provide backup administrative support, including occasional front desk and reception coverage

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative roles

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (required)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

  • Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)

 

Bonus Experience (not required but appreciated):

  • Familiarity with Linktree

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and Stellar  MLS 

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or other design platforms

  • Experience with QuantumDigital or similar print fulfillment tools

  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing tools

  • Comfortable navigating WordPress or other CMS platforms for website updates
