Part-Time Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Part-Time Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
While a construction background is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right person with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to completion
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for each phase of construction
- Order and ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and the internal team to keep the job on track
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress
- Solve day-to-day on-site issues and ensure timelines are met
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation (you will use your own vehicle for job-related travel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction processes a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in construction, project management, or a similar field
- Knowledge of residential or light commercial construction practices.
