Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Bookkeeper/office manager for Winter Park Magazine and related publications. Must be proficient in Quickbooks (our accounting system), Filemaker (our billing system), and Excel. Duties include billing, accounts payable and receivable, working with publisher on budgets and reports, banking and reconciliation, running P&Ls from Quickbooks, interfacing with our accounting firm, dealing with subscription issues, filing and keeping records organized. Part-time (about 15 -20 hours a week, but hours are flexible); ideal for a person with an accounting/office management background who no longer needs to work full-time but would enjoy an interesting part-time job affiliated with an iconic publication that everyone loves. Winter Park or Maitland resident preferred. Wage negotiable.
