1UP Martial Arts is hosting a FREE Women's Self Defense workshop

This is one of the most important workshops we host and we are proud to offer it for the amazing women in our community.

We will cover:

- Common scenarios and how to avoid being targeted

-Essential self defense moves

-Empower our participants to be loud and brave!

We will also have a speaker on the topic to help keep you informed and educated on how to best keep yourself safe.

We also have prepared thank you gifts for choosing to invest your time back into your own wellness!
