FREE Community Education Event- Dyslexia & Struggling Reader Simulation

Join us for a powerful Struggling Reader/Dyslexia Simulation hosted by REED Charitable Foundation in partnership with Winter Park Library. Experience the challenges of Dyslexic & Struggling Readers on October 1st, from 6-8 PM for our FREE Community Education Event in the Edyth Bush Theatre at the Winter Park Library! Gain valuable understanding and empathy into the difficulties, frustrations and the emotional effects struggling readers face.

Please note: This experience is not intended to simulate what a struggling reader or a dyslexic student actually sees, but rather, is designed to allow guests a better understanding of how struggling to read complicates learning, as well as the emotional and physical responses associated with a struggling reader’s classroom experience. It is essential for every educator and parent to understand.
