Private Dinning , Events & Catering Manager
Position Summary : The Private Dining, Events & Catering Manager at Cocina 214 is responsible for overseeing all aspects of in-house private dining, on-site events, and off-site catering. This role manages the full event and catering process from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring memorable guest experiences both inside the restaurant and at external venues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, knowledgeable in restaurant and catering operations, and aligned with Cocina 214’s culture
