About Us
Yellow Brick Road Homes Plus is a boutique vacation rental organization. Our three pillars of the company are Owners, Guests, and Community.
We help homeowners on their journey to owning their second home away from home while generating the income needed to pay for it.
We help guests maximize their experience whether they are visiting the area for the first time or if they are returning on an annual holiday vacation.
We are active in the community and have developed a donation program serving local animal rescues by contributing a portion of pet fees collected.

We work individually on active goal setting, followed by laser focused revenue management. With a deep knowledge of the local market, 15 years actively hosting and managing properties, we consistently outperforming the market and have the results to show for it.
On the set up side, we are skilled at design, with design experts to help make the home feel like home and also perform at top dollar.
We have a Realtor Partner Program that pays $1200 per referral with a signed contact and help your clients understand the market and set realistic and attainable goals. We donate 25% of pet fees received to local dog rescues through our Happy Paws Program.
