Crew Health is an Orlando-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit primary care and infectious disease clinic that specializes in inclusive healthcare. Our services focus on making healthcare inclusive and accessible, and include: Sexual Health: Free HIV and STI testing, as well as prevention resources like PrEP.Transgender Healthcare: Gender-affirming care, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), with tailored plans and peer support.Behavioral Health: Mental health support and diagnosis management designed for the specific adversities faced by trans and non-binary individuals.General Primary Care: Routine physicals, general wellness, and specialized care for infectious diseases.
