About Us

CBT of Central and South Florida is a pioneering, multispecialty psychotherapy private practice providing highly specialized, evidence-based mental health care for adolescents and adults in person in both Central and South Florida and virtually throughout the entire state.

Our primary areas of focus include anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, eating disorders, maternal and perinatal mental health concerns, problematic alcohol and drug use, problematic gambling, chronic pain, and disorders of gut–brain interaction. We also specialize in postpartum OCD, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety, providing targeted support during critical life transitions.
