Join us for an exclusive evening with Soseki Modern Omakase. Chef Michael Collantes, a Michelin-starred chef, and Benjamin Coutts, the 2023 Michelin Guide Florida Sommelier Award winner, will lead you through curated pairings of sushi and sake.
Soseki Modern Omakase is Winter Park’s first and only Michelin-starred restaurant. It offers a formal Japanese style sushi experience and a sake and wine program that challenges the traditional concept of beverage pairings.
