Chef Pagan has been featured on "The Next Iron Chef," owns three acclaimed restaurants in San Juan, in addition to Chayote in Winter Park, has written multiple cookbooks, and has received many accolades, including winning "Best New Restaurant" by the Orlando Sentinel; a James Beard nominations for Best Chef: South, and praise by Food & Wine Magazine.
