Using the four directions of the Leadership Compass&mdash\;North\, South\, East\, and West&mdash\;participants will identify their leadership strengths\, tendencies\, and potential blind spots while gaining insight into how others approach leadership differently.

Through guided reflection\, discussion\, and practical exercises\, participants will explore how leadership styles show up in real-world workplace situations and learn strategies for adapting their approach\, strengthening relationships\, and building more effective teams.

And this is not your typical corporate training! Leadership Compass is fun\, highly interactive\, and uses relatable pop-culture examples to bring leadership concepts to life and make them easy to apply in the real world.
