As President and CEO\, Giuliani leads an agency focused on creating high-wage jobs\, expanding Central Florida's global reach and competitiveness\, supporting and enhancing educational/skills preparedness in the labor pool\, strengthening advocacy for improved infrastructure and community resources\, and creating an enviable quality of life that is broad-based and sustainable.\n\nThe Partnership includes a number of divisions including the Orlando Chamber of Commerce\, Leadership Orlando and the Orlando Film Commission. Tim's leadership experience\, particularly in managing a combined economic development and chamber organization\, as well as his keen understanding of today's workforce has resulted in the success of numerous community and economic development initiatives across the southeast. Prior to coming to Orlando\, Giuliani led two combined economic development- chamber organizations\, most recently the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce where he served as the President and CEO.\n\nWhile there\, he managed an $8 million budget and a staff of 40 with more than 2\,300 members. Giuliani was successful in securing the passage of the Wake County Transit Plan and in nearly doubling engagement in the Leadership Raleigh community program. Before that\, Giuliani served as President and CEO of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and as the Vice President of Corporate Outreach and Engagement for the Florida Chamber of Commerce where he played a crucial role in the passage of legislation that created the $500 million Florida Growth Fund and the Small Business Credit initiative to expand access to capital for small businesses by almost $1 billion. He has served on the boards of directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Florida Research Consortium and has been involved with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Council on Small Business\, Research Triangle Regional Partnership and Enterprise Florida.\n\nGiuliani earned his bachelor's degree in economics and communication from Florida State University and his master's in business administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He lives in Orlando with his wife and three children.
